"The lady who answers the phone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. However, I am not coming to stay here again for a couple of reasons. The room was small with no view. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the entire house that probably comes from some sanitizer. My bed linens had stains on it, and the pillow case had a rip. Also had dinner at the restaurant. Steak was ok. What really made me uncomfortable was at the end of the dinner, the waitress stood really close to me as I was leaving a tip on the electronic charge machine. It was uncomfortable and pressurizing, to say the least. Also, not much to see around the area."

"Topping Rose was... fine. We went for dinner drinks in the evening and the first round was underwhelming (vodka soda riff with sparkling water sugar lemon and a bee something. The ambiance is slightly outdated and there's a lot of employees crossing with guests due to the layout but it has a somewhat charming outdated family dining room feel to it. The outside is nicer. Someone's elderly grandparent made a reservation on our behalf and miscounted the party, and one of the hosts (who may have been training? Since there were 2 was extremely rude about it over the course of the hour we waited for a table the rudest experience from a server I've ever seen to the point we left. The other host was much more helpful in helping us set up a new reservation. We went back a couple days later for brunch instead. Drinks were better, but the espresso martini could use a dairy liqueur. The food was good, but not great calamari and truffle pizza, lobster roll, and salmon were all fine. The lobster roll being on a potato bun was new and a little odd. Our servers were helpful and staff all around was much more pleasant. Overall everything was fine but nothing special. Would be unlikely to return when you mix the quality with the initial bad taste from the host."

"SO glad we came here tonight. Had heard mixed reviews when they first opened and was having trouble getting a reservation initially because they would randomly be closed but SO glad we decided to give it another shot. They only had reservations at 5:45 or 9:30 on a Saturday night during off season which was surprising so we opted for the 5:45 and boy are we glad we did! Until 6:30 they do a $39 3 course pre fixe which was a great deal and delicious. I got he octopus for starter +10) but it was a nice size and flavor I wasn't expecting the vegetables underneath to be cold so that was a bit surprising but the capers added a really nice flavor). My husband got the saganaki which was also really nice but surprisingly not very warm. For the table we opted for the zucchini fritters appetizer which was amazing, though slightly expensive for the portion at $25. For our mains, I got the Manitaria Saganaki which was unbelievable, I wasn't sure what to expect but the variety of mushrooms were so unique and delicious. My husband got the Souvlaki which had a yummy and somewhat sweet flavor. Honestly it was perfect to mix the chicken into my dish with the mushrooms and rice. The portions are big so we're really glad we can home with leftovers. For dessert, we both opted for the orange cake which had the consistency of moist sour cream cake. I wasn't sure what to expect and was blown away. Excited for this spot ti become a new go to!"

"We had a great lunch at this retro restaurant. We were greeted by Mauricio, a wonderful server who gave us excellent recommendations. The souvlaki pita was fresh and filled with flavorful chicken, accompanied by a delicious Greek salad. The lentil soup was served at the perfect temperature and was also tasty. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. For dessert, we tried the homemade coffee chip ice cream cone and a root beer float, both of which were fantastic. Ignore the negative reviews - this place is a good value for the Hamptons in my opinion."

"Unlike the other reviews, this is not paid for fake review to live out here all my years, this is the most annoying deli I have ever seen, terrible customer service, wet soggy bagels, gas station coffee, and OUTRAGEOUS prices (45$ for 2 bagels and 2 drinks), which also over 25 minutes, and also not child-friendly, Golden Birne more like the golden diggers? "My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and were seated straight away. As the Burmese restaurant is in the area, we really looked forward to this experience. While we were in no hurry the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they urged to have a meal order at the same time. We wait to order the food until the drinks have been brought to us. We ordered the Burmese beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (fish noodle soup). The sauces on the meat stews were good, but not spectacular! The stew was definitely not tender. If you like tough meat then these dishes are for you. In addition, the Moh Hin Ga lacked taste and, in the words of my colleagues, "I would not order it again". Also soft drinks and iced tea and refilled for free. Given the rush and subpar experience, won't be returning. Given their great Yelp reviews, it seems like there are plenty of customers out there who like it. Maybe we only visited them on a bad day or the normal cook wasn't around that day ..."

"The host was extremely rude on the phone, consistently grunting and speaking negatively to me. Eventually, he pretended the phone connection was lost and couldn't hear me. I will not be ordering from here again due to the disrespectful behavior. Additionally, charging $8 for a side of spicy mayo is outrageous. It seems like YAMA is trying to take advantage of its customers. It is concerning that the shrimp tempura roll costs more than the toro roll. This is a major red flag."

"everything is always delicious and well prepared. The bread is always warm and butter soft. Tonight we chose the duck breast with lentils which was cooked perfectly. Full of flavor, lean and the prep and lentils complimented the duck. We also ordered the Montauk Striped Bass which came with amazing masala potatoes. Once again all teh accompaniments complemented the fish which was also cooked perfectly. Flakey, juicy and flavorful."

"Ponte is a beautifully designed, sophisticated restaurant that impresses at first glance. The staff members are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The food is outstanding! The whole grilled Branzino was not only visually stunning but also perfectly cooked—fresh and full of flavor. The pizza, veal, and linguine vongole were also thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered a five-color salad that was dressed just right and adorned with avocado and fresh burrata. The homemade bread was absolutely delightful. I was fortunate enough to taste my son's panna cotta and regretted not ordering one for myself; I'll definitely do so next time. Even on a rainy January evening, the restaurant was buzzing, which speaks volumes about its popularity. I can't wait to return!"

"A few months back I had the displeasure of visiting the Hudson Blue Crab House, I decided to take my wife and kids to this place as we neared the end of our visit to East Hampton. The service was terrible as we ended up waiting over an hour for our foodeven though the restaurant remained empty throughout the majority of our meal. Once the food finally arrived I was hoping thatour long wait would pay off, but the food was mediocre at best. We left disappointed and angry and will never be going back tothe Hudson Blue establishment again. While I was writing this review I visited the Hudson Blue website which was filled withlazy stock images from online and seemed to be assembled by a toddler. After doing more research I came to discover that many ofthe 5-star reviews are written by the owners of establishment themselves played off as if they are actual customers. Thiscorruption is very disappointing to say the least. To conclude the review, Hudson Blue has terrible service, the food is averageat best, the building seems as if it is dilapidated, and the owners may possibly be corrupt by forging reviews as well as aterribly made website that seemed as if it was crafted by my 4 year old son. I will never be returning to this terriblerestaurant and I hope the fellow readers will heed my warning."

"I ordered a regular slice, a margherita, and a knot for just $9—a fantastic deal for the Hamptons! The regular slice was extra cheesy and had little sauce, but it was still enjoyable. The cheese had a nice texture, though the crust had some undercooked spots. I’d give it a 6/10. The margherita had a burnt bottom and a strong garlic flavor, but it all came together nicely. The mozzarella was delicious, earning a 7/10. Even though the slice was a bit old, it still delivered. You really can't find better pizza in the Hamptons!"

"No one thinks of the hamptons restaurant scene as great culinary experiences After all we are a captive audience basically so on my first visit to Armin Judy I and my co-diners were literally blown away by the food service ambiance. As told to me by friends the bread is not to be misses they were right then we shared the roasted mushroom salad to go with the bread a wonderful choice then we shared the cacio e pepe we were a little worried as the menu description and what our lovely server told us was not exactly the same but it was the best pasta we have had out east then 3 of the group insisted on having the fried chicken with the horseradish coleslaw and again, one of our group was a little worried as the fired chicken is boneless- well there is nothing to worry about because it was scrumptious ! and the coleslaw was fabulous I opted for the pan roasted salmon with caponata and Harissa Jam The fish was cooked perfectly and the caponata and jam were yummy desserts varied, but we got tart tartins with ice cream and we were not disappointed Service was excellent just the right attention and oh yes they can make a perfect martini the hallmark of a great restaurant we will be back many times don't miss this place"

"The restaurant, now under new ownership and named The Pizza Place (formerly Goldbergs), primarily functions as a Latino deli with options for takeout or dining at a small number of tables. The Italian menu is limited, mainly offering a variety of pizzas. The service is rather rushed, and the pizza arrives warm rather than hot. Both the pepperoni and cheese pizza and the Buffalo chicken pizza were only average in flavor. At $9, I left feeling unsatisfied. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking available both in the lot and on the street. This place is decent for those in a hurry with moderate expectations, but I won’t be returning anytime soon. Additionally, the new owners do not offer beer, which is something I always look forward to having with pizza."
