"we ordered delivery from Asian chef tonight, and when I got my order (bento box with salmon teriyaki, rice, shrimp shumai, and cucumber avocado roll). Instead of salmon, I ended up receiving shrimp teriyaki. I wasn't going to call but I figured I may as well just let them know- the employee who answered the phone was so nice and apologetic, and immediately offered to bring me the correct protein that I ordered. I accepted the offer and asked if he wanted me to return the untouched shrimp order, but he said to keep it! then, I expected them to just deliver me the salmon to add to the meal, but they brought me an ENTIRE other bento box with the salmon! I was so shocked! not only that, but they also returned the cash to make up the difference in price on the order. they did NOT have to do that, but it shows so much about their restaurant. we also ordered some sushi, drunken noodles, and a seaweed salad and it did not disappoint at all. we will be ordering from asian chef again soon thanks to their kindness, and their excellent quality food!!"
