"I visited this restaurant specifically for the calamari, which was served hot alongside lemon wedges. With a touch of salt, it was absolutely delicious. The marinara sauce made a great complement to the dish—definitely worthy of 5 stars for the calamari. For my main course, I ordered the trio of chicken parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccine. Unfortunately, the chicken parm and lasagna were smothered in cheese, which overshadowed the flavors of the dishes. The lasagna had a rich meat sauce but was not layered as I had anticipated, so I would give the entree only 3 stars. I didn’t try the pizza, but it looked appealing from what I saw on other tables. Overall, this experience felt like a solid four-star effort, though the entrees could use more depth rather than relying heavily on cheese. The service was exceptional, with all dishes served promptly and at the right temperature. While this isn’t your traditional old-school Italian restaurant like you might find in a major city, it does satisfy cravings for various dishes, particularly the calamari. The red sauce was delicious and had a nice depth of flavor. The pizza also seemed like a good option, featuring only basic toppings—no anchovies or green olives."
