"I have ordered from this restaurant before and the dishes were decent, but not this time. These were the worst Chinese dishes I have ever had. I am wondering if the regular cook is not working today or if there is new ownership. I had to throw out an entire dish because it was full of rotten cabbage."

The General Tso's chicken was really good, but the Szechuan-style bean curd was underwhelming.

The food at this restaurant was not appetizing as the shrimp had a strong fishy smell and even non-fish dishes smelled of fish. Thankfully, I am not allergic to fish but I was unable to eat it.

They do ok. They do make it quick. But they make mistakes due to speed. For instance I ordered steamed dumplings and got fried. I asked for extra dipping sauce and got NO dipping sauce. As I said, the food isn't bad but you may not get what you ordered. But it will be quick! Visualizza piatti

"This is a fantastic restaurant that I highly recommend. I started coming here a few months ago and have been consistently impressed with the delicious food and freshly made sandwiches. The quality of the imported meats is top-notch. The coffee is also excellent, with a variety of flavors to choose from. The family-owned business can get busy at times, but the owners are lovely and the wait is worth it. In addition to the food, they also have a wide selection of pastas, oils, cheeses, and cookies available for purchase. I will definitely be stopping in on the weekend to buy more items. Overall, I give this restaurant a 10/10 recommendation."

"It was our second time going, to be honest, the first time food was great,however service was the worst. Really need to tell all the people how follow me! 100% one of the best places we have eaten at! The service was on point! The food was to die for! The drinks also great! Yes this is the real deal!"

"So I walked into Pop's on Jamaica Avenue in Woodhaven the other day And much has changed. Been coming here for almost 20 years but haven't been here for a few. Sadly they've removed a lot of the beautiful wood although some remains. The old fountain counter is gone, As are the booths and other seating to be replaced by elegant tables And a bar. I have to say it makes a cute little restaurant, although I do miss the old Pop's. The food was good. This is no greasy spoon. It's a step above diner food, but with the ambience of a somewhat classy restaurant. The new Pop's is a nice place for couples or families to dine; or to dine alone as I was."

"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter, on his own initiative, brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate. We will come back in any case."
