"Glasses had water spots was assured they were not “dirty”. Wife was brought a clean glass sans water spots and had to pour her wine herself from the dirty glass to the clean one. Would have expected a new glass of wine and take away the old. Not very classy. My second drink was ordered Galway thru the meal and was forgotten and had to remind waitress several minutes later after meal was finished. Brought the incorrect drink out. Meal was good however server however service understaffed."

Baci Grill is a great atmosphere. Great staff, Great Management, Great food. We loved it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome meal with a great price and service that is far superior than any other high end restaurants. The food was fantastic. Top Notch operations. Thank you Baci Grill staff.

It had been way too long since we had last been there. Efficient and courteous staff, great food, wine, and local microbrew menu. Signature eggplant tower always delicious! Wild mushroom gnocchi delish, even as leftover! Too bad the rollatini is not available w/o animal protein. Robin was terrific friendly, helpful, enthusiastic :
