"I've always loved this restaurant, whether dining in or getting takeout. However, my recent experience with takeout was incredibly disappointing! The lasagna was rubbery, drenched in canned tomato sauce, and burnt on the bottom. The Caesar salad was acceptable, but the cheese bread was terrible. The toasted ravioli was cold and soggy from being fried, and it was also served with canned tomato sauce. As for the spaghetti sauce, it too was just canned tomato sauce. I was shocked to find no rolls included. What happened to the metal takeout containers? The Styrofoam clamshells were an awful choice for this kind of food, which resulted in everything being cold by the time it arrived. I don’t know what changed, but I won't be returning. I spent $61 on lunch for two, and most of it ended up in the trash! There was no flavor, and it felt like there was no thought put into preparing my order; everything seemed hastily thrown together. I'm so disappointed!"

"We searched online for a breakfast place and decided to drive to Susan’s. The parking lot was full but got seated right away. Drinks were brought promptly and then our server came to our table. Mark recommended the chicken and waffles and it did not disappoint. Everything that our party of 4 ordered was delicious with large portions. Our server was very attentive despite being busy. As we were leaving, there was a wait to get seated. Staff was friendly and food delicious! Will definitely be back next time we are passing through."

"The service here is exceptional. I tend to be a bit awkward and prefer quick interactions, but the staff at this restaurant make longer conversations feel worthwhile. They truly care about their customers and ensure you're well taken care of. I even chose it as my birthday dinner location last year, and when I went with my brothers, one of them brought a gift for me. Although we didn’t mention it was my birthday, the team noticed the gift, asked if it was my special day, and surprised me with a birthday song and a complimentary dessert—a delightful gesture that clearly came from the heart. I have been coming here for years and have never once been disappointed with my order. Even when I'm strapped for cash but still want to indulge, I always make sure to tip as generously as I can, because the staff definitely deserves it. I can't recommend this place enough!"
