Excellent meal. Wife and I both enjoyed our what we had. Fish fry for me and veggie burger for my wife.

The burgers are solid, but they are quite pricey. The interior could use a refresh; it doesn't seem to have been renovated in over 20 years. The atmosphere is quick and convenient, but it's not a destination in itself.

I have been visiting this location since high school. Every time I come back to visit Webster I stop in for a Worlds Greatest Cheeseburger and every time it is fantastic. Highly recommended this location. They have done an excellent job for a very long time. Visualizza piatti

The burger was dangerously undercooked. I didn't realize it until I had taken a few bites and noticed it had an unusual taste. Additionally, the bottom of the bun was wet with raw myoglobin, indicating it was assembled on a surface that had come into contact with raw meat. I saw another customer experiencing the same issue while I was there, so it's clear this isn't an isolated incident.

Bill Gray's offers consistently great food, making it a classic burger joint in Rochester, NY. The hot sauce is something that really develops its appeal over time. The burgers are thin yet flavorful, and the buns are fresh. The fries, onion rings, and mushrooms are also delicious. While prices have risen recently, it's still a fantastic spot to grab a burger, especially on a Friday night.

Bill Gray 's must have been the World 's Greatest Cheeseburger in 1955. In 2024, it is still pretty good, and I 'd take it over any of the national chains in town. However, please note that the World 's Greatest claim is in dispute because it has not evolved with the times.What I really liked about this place were the historical art and photos on the walls. The fish fry at this location used to be fantastic, but it has declined recently. It seems like the Ontario manager has been transferred to Webster, or perhaps upper management changed some policies. The fish was overcooked, the fries were undercooked, and the coleslaw was disappointing. Additionally, there was only one small cup of tartar sauce for a large fish fry. There are better fish fry options in the area, even if they're only available on Fridays, so I will be looking elsewhere from now on. The cheeseburger, which used to be excellent, has also changed; it's now thin and lacks the flavor it had years ago.

My aunt and uncle treated my family to this non-small burger joint and we were all shocked how well everything tasted. As Floridians we don't get used to NY-style food and we were very glad that our aunt and uncle brought us here. The burgers were huge and served on fresh hard rolls with a side of delicious homemade hot sauce. The choice of pages included perfectly crispy French pommes, perpetrator darts and to our surprise, sweet potato fries! The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of space for many family and friends and there is even a small arcade area. Pricing is also fair and you can buy vouchers for a free Cheeseburger, so this is a great deal for large groups.

On February 19, I returned to Webster and received a free cheeseburger with my phone voucher. Your cheeseburgers are incredibly tasty, and the fries are perfectly crispy. The staff is friendly, too. I’d love to buy a T-shirt as a souvenir, but every time I ask, they never seem to have any available. Please sell the attractive black T-shirt featuring Bill Gray's Webster, NY! I’m eager to get one. I believe that local residents in Webster and Rochester should dine at Bill Gray's instead of national chains. Their hot sauce is unbeatable, and the deals with coupons are fantastic.
