I absolutely adore their dishes! Everything is always fresh and delicious.

I highly recommend the Cheeseburger Plate with Mac salad, tater tots, meat hot, and ketchup at this restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and I would give it a 10 out of 10 rating.

Ordered a kids meal and paid $3 extra for a milkshake and never got the milkshake but was still charged for it. Also, the $6 "side of fries" was a smaller portion than the side of fries that came with the kids meal. For $6 that should have been at least double or triple the size of what was given.

Waited for about 20 minutes for my food and the buzzer never went off. I went up to th counter and I asked where it was. They replaced that it was handed out a while ago and asked me three times that I was sure I didn't take it. So they ended up making my food and bringing to me at my table. Everything was excellent, the food was fresh and hot! The Cheeseburger Plate with Mac salad and curly fries was delicious. The Kids Mozzarella Sticks Meal and Kids Chicken Tenders Meal were larger than expected, with more onion rings and curly fries than we thought, and even an extra chicken tender. It was a pleasant surprise and made for a happy holiday!

Ok, so that the two Cheeseburg plate here is half the size of the plates I have ever got elsewhere, and twice the price, but the quality and taste plus the AMAZING service of the happy staff at this point make it worth it. Believe me, it still filled me! And the hot sauce, while more a chili than the traditional cinnamon meat sauce, was really great and tasteful and very sharp in a good delicious way! I'll probably meet her next week. Everything is fresh and hot and delicious and the restaurant is super clean.

We've been to Bill Gray's many times over the years and never had a bad experience there! The food is always fresh and made to order they'll even cook your tots or fries well done if you want, which many places claim to do but fail in the execution. The service is great our online orders are usually done before the ETA and we normally don't have to wait long at all before getting to the counter. The menu is a little pricey but can be offset by online coupons and a solid rewards program. Don't feel like making dinner one night?
