"I did wait a while to place my to go order but it came quickly and the servers are polite. They're home fries are delicious and everything else was pretty good too. They have a turkey sausage option for pork free eaters like myself, I just wish they would clean the pans better bc the sausage had someone's hash browns engraved in it, toast had scrambled eggs in the butter, you get the picture...but it was still a pretty sweet breakfast."

"If you're craving sushi late at night, this isn’t the place to go. I called to order sushi at 8:28 pm and spoke with a gentleman named Dylan. Dylan asked if he could place me on a “brief” hold, but that “brief” hold turned into 10 minutes. I didn’t want to lose my spot, so I called the restaurant on my house phone and got a busy signal. The restaurant closes at 9, and I was already on hold for 10 minutes. I decided to hang up and call back, the phone just kept ringing. I was so annoyed. I had my 14-month-old baby with me and wasn’t in the mood to walk in and speak to a manager about my disappointment with the staff leaving me on hold to avoid taking last-minute orders. My pet peeve is when a restaurant decides they’re “too busy” or it’s “too late” to take to-go orders. I did my best to put my order in before the last 30min. This experience definitely left a bad impression on me. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’ve called before during the last hour of operations, and the phone would just stay busy. However, this is the first time someone answered and kept me on hold, blocking the phone line. Horrible customer service late at night!"

"Our family was in town from CT to help my son move for college in Winter Park, as well as take a few days to relax by the pool! We visit the area a couple times a year and have our usual places to eat, but wanted to try other places this time. My son has been here before with friends who live locally and said it has good reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I called for a reservation considering we were a party of 7, and they said they don't do reservations but do call ahead, so we put our name down for 7pm. Upon arrival, parking and walking to the door gave me the feeling it was just going to be a little unassuming pizza spot in a shopping plaza. Was I wrong when I walked in! The place was quite large and bustling. It was warm and inviting with a piano player setting the tone in the background. Because it was so busy and we were just on a call ahead, we assumed we would wait, but no! The table was ready and they sat us immediately. I felt so comfortable and relaxed there, it just had an overall great vibe. Then our waiter approached- Kaiden (spelling? . He was AWESOME. Great service, engaging, and on top of everything. He really made our night. Everyone enjoyed their meals, however I only gave 4 stars for food because we are from the northeast where Italian food is top notch (in our opinion and the pizza capital (New Haven . So I deducted 1 star because nothing tops that, but I will say Stefano's came in close and provided a great meal. We will definitely be back when in town again!"

"Surprisingly Good!. Went with the husband and kids for dinner and they offered a family special that comes with garlic knots, wings and pizza. Garlic knots were delish, wings were yumm-o, but pizza was just okay. My husband thought the pizza was really good though. Service was as good as it gets and food was delivered in good time. I didn't see any flies either like someone else stated and the temperature inside was comfortable to me. I'll definitely return and when I do I'll try a different pizza."

"I needed to find a place last minute to host some guests and decided to try this restaurant based on its Google ratings. I made reservations for 10 people through Google on short notice and had to change the time by 30 minutes, which the restaurant was very accommodating about. The service was excellent, but we seemed to be only the second table to be served. We ordered eggplant rollatini, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, fettuccine Alfredo, and two pizzas - a white pizza and a margherita pizza. While all the food was good, the pizzas were just average. The margherita pizza had sauce on it, which is not what I expected as I am used to traditional margherita pizzas being made without sauce and with garlic. Overall, the experience was positive and I would consider returning, though I would opt for something other than the pizza next time."
