Bojangles' - Piatti

Made me wait longer just to give me refried borounds lazy workers with unpleasant attitude!

Worst coffee I have ever had. It was very bitter. Hashbrowns were very greasey and bacon egg biscuit was barely warm. I won't be returning to Bojangles.

Everything was fast, fresh, and hot. Everything I requested was in my bag, and the customer service was great. The staff member had a smile on her face the whole time she was assisting me.

I said number 12 and they thought it was number 5. I told them ok I will drive around and order number 12 then.And when I said may I have number 12, a male staff said number 5 again? So stupid

The cashier scratched her head several times while I was placing my order. After that, she moved on to prepare the food. I asked if she could wash her hands and put on gloves before serving, and she seemed pleased by my request. However, this experience is why I submitted a negative survey. Visualizza piatti

I've only recently started eating here and each time has been a good experience. I loveeee the Bo Rounds. The food is always served Hot and Fresh. The associates are nice and friendly... There's a group of older men that meet here possibly every morning as I've seen them a few times now discuss the Bible. I think that's so cool and a great thing to see and hear.

My biscuit rounds were just as delicious as always. However, those bo-berry biscuits were a disappointment. If you had the time to give me a fresh one, you should have just made two instead of handing me an old, burnt one. Now I have to eat the fresh one and hide the box so my girlfriend doesn't suspect anything. I’ve just gotten off work, and I really deserve this fresh biscuit!

The chicken is fresh and good. They also support the troops with a MILITARY DISCOUNT. I went in today 1/18/2024 Waited over 30 minutes for AN ORDER THAT THEY STILL GOT WRONG, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 12 PIECE SUPREME , THEY GAVE ME A 10 PIECE LEGS AND THIGHS PLUS NO GRAVY FOR THE MASHED POTATOES I TRIED TO DO THE SURVEY , I COULD ONLY GET 44% DONE THEN IT STARTS OVER. I HAVE A LOT MORE TO SAY . I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! After further REVIEW, I REALIZED THAT CORPORATE DO NOT SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT THESE COMMENT'S, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY THAT THEY MAKE, SINCE KNOW ONE RESPONNDS TO THESE COMMENT'S ABOUT THERE DEPRECIATING BUSINESS!!!
