This is an excellent spot for a date night with my wife. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a fantastic meal. It's a must-visit place in Gig Harbor!

We had one of the best meals ever! For appetizers, we tried the Octopus Potatoes and the Marrow Steak Tartare. For the main course, we had Halibut, and for dessert, we enjoyed Tiramisu and Seared Foie Gras. The entire experience was amazing, with excellent service and absolutely fabulous food. The Foie Gras dessert was a unique choice and simply out of this world!

Not one to complain. Food was ok. Bread which should be free cost over 5 dollars and is barely enough to share for two people. Water refill was few and far between and was never offered another drink of lemonade. The beef short ribs were good but kind of a small portion for the price. Wives meal was sandy but the took it back and didn't charge for it. Finally the octopus appetizer is ok nothing to write home about. Sorry for doing this review just had to get it off my chest. Just a totally relaxing, well served, fully flavored evening. We were able to snag an outdoor table on a clear slightly breezy evening. Drinks came timely, then the wilted arugula salad, perfect. Oh, even the bread was satisfying! Then, the chickpea crusted halibut and braised short ribs floated into our view. Oh, man, they were both perfectly prepared, and we had to breathe deep to slow down and enjoy the perfect mix of flavors. We look forward to the next time! Please update your menu! It's so tiresome to see the same recipes week after week, year after year. One time, I was charged $65 for king crab legs, which were completely spoiled by an unappetizing, strange brown soy sauce. I should have sent them back, but I was dining with my sister and daughter, and I didn’t feel comfortable voicing my complaint. It was a disappointing experience. There are some good dishes on the menu, but you have to be selective! Also, they have a table right in the hallway, and it feels very awkward to know that every meal being served will pass right by that table.

Both my wife and I opted for the King salmon, but it took a long time to arrive. I wanted to order a glass of wine while we waited, but our waitress never checked on us. By the time she asked if we needed anything else, I was already a quarter of the way through my entree. I realized that any wine would arrive after I finished my meal, so we declined. Overall, the poor service made the salmon less enjoyable. To top it off, my wife felt nauseous on the way home and ended up getting sick as soon as we arrived. I noticed a health inspection notice on the door that indicated an average rating and highlighted several unsafe food handling practices during the last four visits by inspectors. In...
