This restaurant is quite disappointing. The food is of poor quality, and it appears that they don’t take care in what they provide to their customers. I would suggest avoiding this place altogether. They shouldn’t even be permitted to serve bottled water!

The delivery driver mistakenly delivered my food to someone else, and by the time I got my order, the burger was overcooked and served on a tough roll. To make matters worse, the restaurant refused to replace the missing item and did not take any responsibility for the mistake.

This restaurant is actually Roma Pizza. They've opted to launch a burgers and shakes menu on GrubHub, but the choices are quite limited and the prices are higher than normal. If you want a burger from Roma Pizza, it's better to order directly from them. This experience feels somewhat misleading, and I don't intend to order from this particular version of the restaurant again.
