"We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cafe 38! We used their catering services for a corporate event, and Tina went above and beyond to accommodate our demanding client with specific allergies and expectations. The baked potato bar was a unique and enjoyable option that received rave reviews from our clients and ourselves. We are looking forward to working with Cafe 38 again when we return to town. I ordered the turkey gobbler at this restaurant and oh my, you have to try it. It was delicious!! The dish included garlic bread, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and turkey. I absolutely loved it!!

How have I never been here before ?!!! It's a hidden gem in Torrington!! I was so hungry when I arrived and wanted to order everything!! My son just had an orthodontist appointment and couldn't eat much, so one of the employees recommended one of her drink creations! It was delicious!! The owner was so friendly and had my food out in just a few minutes! I thought the prices were really good too! I can't wait to go back!
