I had a not so good experience at this restaurant today however the district manager made it better. He made me feel heard. He made sure I was okay with spending my money at this establishment. I understand everybody has bad days but when you work in service push it to the side!! Food was great. Attitudes were horrible. Distasteful. There’s no restaurant quite like this in Natchez, Mississippi, so we always search for one when we’re traveling. This place is perfect for families with kids and is also wheelchair accessible. The service is exceptional for dining in, and the ambiance is wonderful. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend the Fish and Chips. Plus, there are plenty of parking options available, including a free parking lot.
