Everything was fresh and hot! I will definitely be coming back!

The toppings were sliced in large, chunky pieces, including the stems. The sandwiches were dry and not as flavorful as I remember Charlie's to be.

Missing one of the drinks, both the sandwiches were cold . The OLD SCHOOL CHEESESTEAK hardly had cheese sauce that I paid to have extra of. Had a box with 3 marinara sticks and a few fries, not sure how many come in the order but that seemed off.

I ordered a regular Philly Cheesesteak. It was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while before being delivered. I'm not sure if they have these pre-made and just add toppings, but this is the second time this sandwich has been cold.

I was disappointed that they forgot to bring me my Watermelon Strawberry Lemonade at the restaurant. I was looking forward to trying that flavor for the first time, but at least I got a refund. This restaurant is incredibly overpriced! I paid $36 for two regular Philly combos, and the sandwiches were mostly bread. I was really looking forward to trying this place but left feeling disappointed. I won't be coming back to pay their high prices for cheesesteaks that aren't very good. Additionally, we were charged for two ranch dressings that we didn't even request.

The service fooking sucks!. Tried to get a little cup and straw. As I just ordered too. And got a bottle water. For him. First time was me trying to get one. After my food was done. Walk to my table told my wife, she walked up there with my daughter, trying to get a small cup. They said I can charge you for a drink, wifey said fine. But I just need a cup and a straw I don't care. If you charge me just need a cup please. After 20 minutes in line and arguing with the cashier, she said well I do have a, (free cup) if you would like,...like what. Get your service in order!!!! Will not stop by again

I'm not sure if the $5.48 was just for the large drink or if that's the price added for choosing a combo, which is confusing. Now I'm curious what it would cost me to get just the sandwich and fries separately from the drink. The tax isn’t even a full dollar, so that can’t explain the extra charge. At most restaurants, ordering a combo is usually cheaper than getting everything separately. But here, it seems the opposite is true. They tack on an extra $5.50 just for adding a drink to make it a combo, which increases the total price compared to just ordering the sandwich and fries without a drink. Personally, I don’t think a large drink is worth $5.50. Visualizza piatti
