Chili's Grill - Piatti

I had a great experience. The staff was great and my server was great. They were very attentive. My food is perfect.

The food and service were excellent. However, we didn't enjoy the chips and salsa as the chips were too thin and overly greasy.

The food was great! I tried the Triple Dipper, which allows you to choose three main items and three sauces. I recommend the mozzarella sticks, sliders, and boneless wings with buffalo sauce. Visualizza piatti

Pasta was not cooked thoroughly, barely any sauce on pasta, they forgot dressing for salad, they forgot bread for two meals, compared to chili’s I’ve been to in other towns, this one was disappointing.

Sat at a regular table and the chairs were super wobbly from the floor. And there was what I was assuming water under our table that they said they would clean up for us but didn't. Other than that great service and food.

Not perfect. The waitress forgot us for 15 minutes even if she was around the table next to our. One order was wrong. Lot of time to understand which gluten free options they could have been offering despite they had a list on their tablets.... Visualizza piatti

I went there to try their chili as a soup+salad bottimless chips and salsa combination. The chili tasted good but it was far from a soup. I was disappointed and makes me distrust their other soups. The service was good. They have several food and drink options and their hours are convenient. I will probably go back soon (and won't order soup).

Service wasn't that great, for once it would be nice to visit chilis and actually get our salad served BEFORE our steak. We asked and the waitress assured us but all of our food came out at once. Very disappointed in the how the steak was cooked and didn't taste as good as we've had it before. We got the classic ribeye. Thankfully we were just passing through and won't go there again.

We visited Chili's at 5 PM on a Thursday. The hostess initially tried to seat us at a table right next to the busy bar area, where loud music was playing. She didn't check if we were okay with sitting in that part of the restaurant. Since we were there to enjoy a meal and maybe a few drinks later, we asked to be seated in the main dining area with the other diners. It was quieter, less crowded, and more pleasant! However, she informed us there would be at least a 20-minute wait. We pointed out that there were several empty tables, but she explained that there were only two servers available. Knowing how that goes, we decided to leave. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area. Visualizza piatti
