"Yuck!. Will never take my kids there again! The pizza isn't the good pizza anymore its terrible ... That's the first thing. Second, I asked chuckie to take a pic with my daughter and he told me to hold on .... I'm guessing till after he did his song and so , I did ... but as soon as he was done he practally ran to the back. Leaving me standing there with my sad child. I was so mad, the thing is he knew we were waiting and he ran from all the kids. Also, you literally have to spend over a hundred dollars in tokens alone to get you child anything that is worth anything. Any thing less might get your child a cheap bracelet or a chuckie cheese sticker. Don't waste your money!"

The staff interacting with Chucky weren't very enthusiastic, and I've noticed that the food quality has declined since my last party there in 2015. However, the hosts were wonderful. The atmosphere was clean and well-maintained, and they do serve adult beverages, which is a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience despite a few shortcomings.

I always make it a point to stop here during car rides to give my child a break. The staff is consistently friendly, and they have a door check system to ensure the safety of you and your children. The games are entertaining, and the restrooms are kid-friendly. Plus, your child often gets to leave with a toy! The prices are reasonable too. What more could you ask for?
