"Colonial Pizza is a no-frills spot serving pizza and classic Italian dishes. The food is straightforward yet well-prepared, arriving hot and delicious. Our fried calamari was perfectly cooked and packed with fresh seafood flavor. The Caesar salad with shrimp featured simple, grilled shrimp. The highlight was the upside-down pizza, with cheese on the bottom and sauce on top, which allowed us to dig in right away without burning our mouths. The dough was pleasantly chewy, and the sauce had a nice tang. Overall, it was a very good pizza. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and efficient. They also offered a decent selection of wine and beer."

If you find yourself in Easton, PA, be sure to stop by Colonial Pizza. This classic Pizza/Italian restaurant offers fantastic food that I highly recommend. We tried their tomato pie with sausage and an antipasto salad, both of which were excellent. It's also a very affordable place to dine.

The food was outstanding and plentiful. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. The service was fantastic and friendly as well. It was a bit more expensive for lunch, but it was definitely worth it. The small salad was big enough to serve four of us. We will certainly return on our next visit to this city.

Came from FL and wanted some pizza and this was the closest place to a dispensary we were visiting. The Colonial is a MUST. The first slice I tried I wasn?t sure if I liked it just because it?s different from anything I?ve had before. We took it back tothe hotel and finished it later that night and it was fantastic.
