"Baffling experience. This place WAS a local legend, but my god what a sad fall from grace. Wanna start by saying our server was nice and the only beacon of hope. Pulled pork was dry and had absolutely zero smoke or flavor. Ribs legit tasted like crock pot ribs from Kroger DROWNING in kc masterpiece. Fried squash blossoms were nothing more than a grease sponge with zero flavor. Even our server agreed with that. Said they hated them too. Fries were cheap frozen. Filet satay was actually delicious but the portion we received was laughable. 2oz of beef between 6 skewers. Not 2oz each. 2oz total. Finally stopped in after all these years and expectations and I can 100% say there’s no reason to return ever. If you’re in the area I recommend the Walmart gas station over this place."

The food was absolutely awesome. Waitress was great. This is to the gentleman who got out of his car without hesitation came to my side along with my boyfriend and helped me get across parking lot to front door. I couldn't use walker on gravel. Cuz's is legendary. The food is some of the best we've had throughout the US. They source locally, cook in house, and while the original vibe has changed a bit (we started going back in the 1990s pre-fire , the same warm, eclectic, and creative vibe is still there. You can't beat the food (the hunka hunka, the apple smoked trout, the mushroom medley in the spring, the desserts, the drinks, the bread! . The family at Cuz's makes you feel like family. Can't wait to make our trek back to Pounding Thrill this summer!
