"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waiter was not attentive and even claimed he forgot his glasses, which didn't help. The service was subpar, and my food was tough while the fries tasted overly greasy. The atmosphere felt chaotic, with some customers acting erratically and others arguing over the sole gaming machine. I definitely won't be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families; my grandkids were confused by the environment. Overall, I cannot return here again."

Horrible experience tonight. Witnessed several assaults occur in the restaurant, and a waitress who was serving me call another customer the N word. If management wants the videos you can have them.

The service was not good at all! And very slow! My friend ordered a strawberry milkshake and she said it was the worst shake she had ever had! And it came to her melted. And our pancakes were over cooked and cold when they got to us.

3 something in the morning visit. The crew was helpful and friendly. Food was in my hand immediately. I will say for the price of your “premium chicken strips” should come with a couple more or make bigger. But post COVID prices I'm sure. Still a happy experience.

The bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast were all either cold or only slightly warm, while the eggs were barely warm at best. I was hungry, so I ate most of it, but I won't be leaving a tip or returning to this restaurant.
