Fazoli's - Piatti

Our last minute fazoli's catering went so well!! They gave us more than enough food and it was all so good. Electra is very great to work with and accommodating. We will for sure be repeating our catering order with them!

Eating is pretty good the breadsticks are always amazing. Service was terrible today the long haired man behind the counter had headphones in and did not seem to wander around a care in the world while the customers were fed to order.

I now recommend Shawnee location. New manager, Edith, has significantly improved this store. I visited several times recently and the service, food quality, cleanliness and prices were excellent. I couldn't say that about 6 to 8 months ago. Visualizza piatti

Came through Drivethru order Chicken Fatuccine. Food looked and tasted great. Fast service came into the window paid and received my food under one minute. Girl gave me the card in the bag thanks to Mariah E. for the great service. Stop the good work.

Incredibly quite decent meal and service with really low price. Love this new kind of Italian restaurant like fast food, but the food serves hot at your table. In any case more often. Btw, I love the softness of her bread, but a star was drawn off for saltiness.

Loved going into this location in a new area for me, the store seems super clean, one employee was very friendly and checking on our table often. The food came out hot and fresh, my whole table ordered the loaded baked spaghetti with all the meat toppings and the pumpkin cheesecake, we adored it all! I was a happy customer with this location. You always make sure I get what I'm looking for. I usually go for dinner hours during the lunch break and the service was amazing. My food is always brought out quickly, except perhaps when I order the 12 packs of bread sticks that are reasonable and I always leave with a smile. I will definitely be a paying customer for a long time.

I like this Fazoli's and frequent it many times. Lately, it seems the sauce fairy has been a victim of the supply issue. Per the two pics, i hardly had enough sauce with each bite, let alone any leftover for my breadsticks. I still favor Fazoli's breadsticks over Olive Garden, but will have to start mentioning not to be so stingy with the sauce next time. The dishes served are always hot which is great !

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Food is not as good as before before COVID. Many parking spaces. Place was pretty clean. The restroom was even pretty clean. No dedicated motorcycle parking. This place has Pepsi products I prefer. Free refilling of soft drinks. Bread sticks are still good, especially when they are hot. I give them a solid 3 stars, but they could push it to 4 with just a little work. Visualizza piatti
