FD's Grill House - Piatti

I've visited this restaurant several times, and I've consistently enjoyed the food. It's a lovely place with great service.

We have been several times always great food service ambiance not the first complaint and it's damn hard to save room for the Keylime pie.

The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was lovely. The prices were reasonable as well. When we visited on a Sunday morning, the staff was really on top of their game.

Excellent food and menu. Waitstaff goes above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. 3rd time there and plans on many more. Steaks are fantastic. Fish and chips make you wonder how long johns stays in business. 5 star place...

This is my favorite place in all of Tyler, my husband and I come a minimum of once a week. Food and service are always excellent but lately very small children have been allowed in the bar area. Sorry but the screaming has been very annoying. Please put them in another area. As always loved the Mexican shrimp cocktail please bring it back. Visualizza piatti

Food was pretty good and service was also impeccable. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and had rapport with several of the patrons. Only thing I’d say is be mindful of what time you go; especially around shift change. A little disorganized during these times and it might be easier to sit at the bar if you’re waiting too long for the hostess or to be seated.

The food here is consistently excellent. However, I did have a small issue during my visit yesterday. My cousin ordered green tea, and I asked the waitress if she could refill my glass with green tea later, as I wasn't aware they served it. She brought me a hot green tea, and I mistakenly thought it was iced tea. When I clarified, she informed me that they don’t offer iced green tea. I then requested a cup of ice but ended up being charged for both teas. I just wish she had explained how the green tea is typically served when I made my initial request.

You can't beat the prices here! I ordered the baby back ribs, and they were just as described—fall-off-the-bone tender. My husband chose the sirloin and grilled shrimp, and he said the shrimp was fantastic. The sirloin was well-seasoned, but it was a little chewy, which is something the kitchen can't really control. Our server was very attentive throughout our meal. If possible, I recommend making a reservation, especially since we visited on a Friday evening during the first weekend of football season, but we were lucky not to have to wait.
