"Our son was understandably upset and hungry, so we allowed him to have the chips and salsa intended for his brother. However, later on, the waitress informed us that the chips and salsa, as well as the fries, were also not gluten-free. Unfortunately, our son had already eaten some of them. When my husband expressed his disappointment, the waitress responded dismissively, saying, "Things happen." This is unacceptable, especially after we had clearly communicated the severity of our son’s gluten allergy. After asking the waitress to at least comp our son’s incorrect meal, she agreed. A manager then approached to apologize, and we reiterated our frustration over the order not being prepared correctly. While our son's proper meal was eventually brought out, the entire ordeal was upsetting for everyone at the table. The waitress took a long time to bring the check, and when we reviewed the bill, we noticed we had been charged for an additional hamburger, complicating the situation further. My husband pointed this out to the manager, who rectified the error, but it felt like the compensation for the gluten-free hamburger was meaningless in the end. In summary, if you have a gluten allergy, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. They do not appear to take dietary restrictions seriously, and neither the waitress nor the manager showed any sincere concern for the situation."

The Flint club sandwich is delicious, and the portions are quite generous. I will definitely be returning!

The older woman that took our names for seating was extremely rude, there was a limited late night menu, and the food was mediocre.

Our server was amazing. We loved our seat and the crab fondue was outstanding. The hostess was smiling and wonderful. the bathroom was clean

Stopped in with my son while attending the motorcycle races near Pittsburgh. Cool downtown location with indoor/outdoor seating and a generous menu. We each had a couple beers with dinner and enjoyed ourselves. The waitstaff was very nice, and super prompt and friendly. The manager even provided us with complimentary pretzel knots when he learned we were there for the first time. Overall a very enjoyable evening, highly recommend it when you're in Pittsburgh. This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I chose it again because of its great location, cool atmosphere, and appealing menu. Unfortunately, both times I found the food to be mediocre and not as described. The crab fondue was more like soup and lacked any crab. The sandwiches were average, and my daughter's fish tacos were extremely dry. The highlight of our experience was our server, though I wish I could remember his name. This place has a lot of potential, but it really needs some improvements in the kitchen.

Finally, some taste in Flint! We had the amazing opportunity to meet Teddy von Flint Sandwich Works recently and try some of his sandwich creations. We had the Flint Club and Rachel. See their Facebook page @FlintSandwas works for what on this huge sandwich. When we entered, we saw that 3 construction workers left with leftovers....Odd, but gives you an idea of sandwich size. Make sure that you also get your home spiced chips, a special taste twist that perfectly paired with both sandwiches. Great food and great service. Very recommended. Can't wait to go back!

Good pub food and great beer selection. This place hit the spot when we arrived late to Pittsburgh. Not much was open late at night but this place was and it hit the spot. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Dip and Pretzel Bites. Needed more dip but both were pretty good. Next up was the Smokey Wings. These were terrific. Had a couple bites of the fried chicken sandwich but it was just ok. The kung pao cauliflower has potential to be awesome but it needs more kick. The peanut butter snickers pie was awesome. The server was nice and place was clean and bright. Would come back for a game anytime. Visualizza piatti

I had never dined at City Works before and found the menu to be filled with tempting options. Everything our group ordered looked and tasted fantastic. The crab fondue was a bit on the heavy side with goat cheese for our liking, but it was still enjoyable. The Ahi tuna taco was absolutely delicious! The sauce complemented the tuna perfectly. However, the beers and ciders were not very cold, which was disappointing. This could have been related to the rather poor service. Despite asking multiple times, we never received appetizer plates, and it took several requests just to get water, with no refills offered. The restaurant was quite busy, but I've experienced much better service at places wi...

Stopped in after the lines at Pickelsburgh were way too long to wait in, we were seated almost immediately. The restaurant has an upscale sports bar feel, relaxed but not divey. Our waitress was great, checked back often and brought our drink and appetizer orders out as soon as they were ready. All enjoyed their drinks (Sangria, martinis and mixed drinks) Appetizer wise we got fried pickles and pretzel bites with cheese. Portions seemed small but it was just an appetizer. Mother in law and I each ordered the Ahi Tuna Salad which was a chopped salad with ginger dressing. Refreshing after the heat of being outside but it was lacking tuna (only 3 small strips on each salad). For $20 we felt it...

"Went there on Sunday 09.10.2023 and noticed a group that was upset. They were asking for a refund. The skinny guy in the red shirt said uhhhh yeah one minute. They said NO, we waited for an hour and we want a refund now. You never even brought his food out. The worker slowly paid the customer his ten dollars and change. I should have walked out right then. But against my intuition I decided to order a Rhema Club to go and asked the worker to bring it out to my booth fifty foot from their front door at my booth for Bikes on The Bricks. He said no, we are short staffed. I said OK I will come back in and get pick it up. He said come back in fifteen minutes. This was at 12:11p.m. time of sale on my receipt. I ended up having a customer stop by my booth and had a second to go back inside this terrible business at 12:46p.m.. When I walked up the worker said he did not have my sandwich, someone must have taken it. I can just give you refund. I said no, I am hungry. It has been 35 minutes and you originally said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I will take the food please. He said he did not have it. I asked him why it was not waiting there behind the counter. He said because we are short staffed. He said someone took it. I said fine, I will take a refund. As he was fumbling through the computer I was asking him why it hasn 't been prepared yet. He said I can 't process your refund while you are talking. So I held my hand out and said give me the refund now. Then he threatened to call the police on me because they were unable to complete the order in a timely fashion. What a sham of a business. That little skinny kid in the red shirt and his silly little beard should be fired immediately. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and either work there themselves or close their illegal **** poor false restaurant. 0 stars terrible experience the worker is a coward."
