The meat service for smaller groups (like 2-4 people) feels both economical and lacking, as larger parties seem to take priority. The waitstaff could use some improvement as well. The meat was overcooked and far too dry, while the mashed potatoes were inedible. However, the rice and pão de queijo were good, and they did deliver my guaraná.

Today my third visit was in the Queens location. the service was wonderful....it seems to eat better every time! my friends and I had a fantastic Saturday afternoon! that was my first Saturday visit....simply amazing!

The person slicing the picanha was exceptional, but the meat could have used more seasoning. Additionally, some of the staff cutting the meat should cut it thicker, as it was difficult to pick up with the tongs. The service was a bit slow, and the roasted meats were served slowly as well. I think I’ll probably stick to takeout in the future, as the experience doesn't justify the high prices.
