The very moment I walked in the staff was helpful and polite, even sweet and friendly. They have a lounge to wait for your take out that is both comfortable and classy. Next time I will dine in! Great job!

Fond is terrific! We worked with Jojo and his team to host our wedding welcome party there. They designed a whole menu and cocktail options for us. Everything was great! All our guests loved the food. The staff was very warm and attentive. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little spot. Nondescript strip mall location but great vibes inside. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and helpful. The bartender was very accommodating too. The food was amazing. We stumbled upon Fond as we were looking for a lunch spot on our way back to our resort and I am so glad we came here!! The PLT wrap was a delicious starter pork was so good. We each got a bento box my husband got the chicken box and I got the shrimp! Soo good! Great value and delicious food, one of favorite places so far on our trip to Maui! The chef was kind too!

Chefs table at Fond was the highlight of our trip. Chef Jojo and his team were so welcoming, it felt like dinner with family. It was an amazing experience to watch someone so passionate about what they're serving, plate everything in front of you.The food was some of the best we have ever had, all paired with great wine.We will be making this a staple of future trips

We came for the food/chef, which was fantastic. My wife had the fried chicken and I had the sirloin. The sirloin was my favorite meal on Maui. Just go and get it.The bar was closed for a photo shoot of some sort which was a bit disappointing. Also, they have no draft beers, and the red wine list was a bit lacking. I usually like a nice red or IPA with my steak, this time I just drank water. Overall though, the food shines which is how it should be. Visualizza piatti

We enjoyed a delightful experience at the Chef's Counter, where we had a fantastic time. There were 11 of us seated at the counter, and the chef personally came out for each course to prepare the dishes and explain their concepts, as well as the origins of the ingredients. We began with an amuse bouche, followed by three courses, an entrée, and a dessert. They offered an excellent wine pairing option, and as the evening progressed, the chef mingled with everyone. It was a cozy and delicious experience. Although it was a bit of a drive from Wailea, it was definitely worth it!

I wish I could give Fond 6 stars! We visited on Sunday for the chef’s counter experience with a group of 6 others, and we were warmly welcomed by Eliza, the chef. She encouraged us to ask any questions about the meal prep and ingredients, which made the level of service and hospitality truly stand out, making this one of our most memorable dining experiences. The wine pairings were perfect, and each course was well-balanced and expertly crafted without any pretentiousness. We had dinner at Miro Kaimuki the night before while in Honolulu, but the food and overall experience at Chef Jojo’s restaurant was far superior.

Absolutely phenomenal food! The dishes are incredibly creative, with perfectly balanced flavors—it's an overall amazing dining experience. This place is a definite must-visit in Maui. The Korean chicken is outstanding, offering a fabulous combination of tangy, sweet, and spicy flavors atop a delicious puréed potato salad. The lettuce wraps practically melt in your mouth, and the poke nachos are the best we've tasted on the island. For dessert, the cheesecake is light and fluffy, rivaling any we've had in New York City, Los Angeles, or Portland! We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive and thoughtfully curated wine list as well, and we enjoyed a superb Montepulciano at a great price. You... Visualizza piatti
