"honest criticism because I like to support African American companies. the customer service was good, but I'll probably eat there again. 1.There was a lady who prepared, leaned and breathed over eating without a mask and a glove. there were several people working on eating without masking. the mac and the cheese were boiled in most spots and had no taste and tasted just like something that should not be served. corn brot no complaining, yams no complaining, chicken wings had still feathered in them and had a taste as if they might not be completely frit, which means they were not properly cleaned, I tore half the dinner. I hope they see this and improve because I like to support African American companies, but I like a $14 dinner to be worth what I also pay for it."

The catfish was the best I've had, crispy and firm, spiced just right. Super friendly staff, greens were perfect. Everything fresh, a hidden gem!

Omg I had egg shell's in my mac cheese and and burned cornbread. Soft over cooked mac cheese. Only thing good was the flavor of salt, I will never eat there again. Booooooo!!

I was really disappointed with the mushy dressing I got today. I think they should have someone taste the food before selling to customers. Just lost a few customers, because I can't refer any of my friends. Hopefully this help this place do better by the customers.

1st time there $27....stomach turned end of night, #cake smh did not taste good dry, grainy and over mixed. Dressing tastes like lemon instead of sage?. I now times are different but I just don't appreciate spending that kind of money knowing my stomach was going to act up and things weren't made the right way or without a good substitution.
