One of the absolute best restaurants in Madison, such a gem. Everything on the menu is spectacular, you can’t go wrong! The Dan Dan noodles are EXQUISITE.

Really nice addition to Madison’s Asian food scene! The Dan Dan noodles are unlike anything you can get in Madison; it’s spicy but well balanced!Everything we tried on the menu was delicious and the service was friendly and professional! We had an incredible dinner at Hutong's dog-friendly patio! All of the dishes we ordered were authentic and delicious. My favorites were lamb skewers and fried oysters! The cold noodles were great also, but I was too full to enjoy the last few bites. I loved the house cocktails and was surprised by the creative addition of Baijiu.BuriBuri 不理不理左卫门 (my 3-year old malamute felt weak from lack of meat skewers and fried chicken :

I don't like your way of dealing with customer complaints/conflicts. Different people have different tastes. Responding in an arrogant way and indicating those who gave you a low score do not understand Chinese food will never lead you to a success. As a customer, I can only see how self-indulgent you are. I was not involved in the conflict you had with some of your customers, but this is the first time that I see a restaurant quarrel with their customers on Google Maps.

A friend recommended this and we decided to try it spur of the moment and what an excellent decision. Everyone was so kind and nice. The cocktails were delicious a bit strong but that’s a good thing! We started with pot stickers which were surprisingly crispy and full of flavor. I had the Dan Dan Noodles which I was told were were spicy which they were! But in a good way. By the bottom of the bowl I was craving the spice. My husband got the Braised Pork rice which was amazing as well. I really appreciate the kindness and service here. I cannot wait to return!
