"We visited the restaurant around lunchtime on a Sunday. The lady who took our order was very friendly and actually listened to our order at the speaker, which is not always the case at other places. The food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. We usually live in Norman, but had stopped going to that location because of incorrect orders, items being out of stock, "cleaning" the kitchen during peak hours, and customers reporting finding roaches in their food. Our experience at the Moore location was a pleasant change from that. It's understandable that they may have to close periodically due to staffing issues common in fast food establishments. Personally, I prefer them to close when short-staffed rather than having one or two workers trying to manage the whole store, which can lead to mistakes in orders and long waits for food."

Five years ago, this restaurant was fantastic. Three years ago, it was awful. However, for the last 1.5 years, it has been consistently great again. Not sure what happened in between, but we had stopped eating here because of it. The sandwiches used to be constantly burned, including the bread, and everything tasted old and cold. However, in the past 1.5 years, we have visited four times and the sourdough chicken sandwich has been grilled perfectly - not dry or stringy like before. The fries are always hot and fresh, and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the tea tastes a little off and the soda machine is always flat. We hope the food stays consistently good.
