"Our family ate here and there was a miscommunication with the cashier. My wife wanted the salad bar but he put club salad on her order instead. As my wife was trying to get her salad plate, the salad lady kept telling her you did not pay! You did not pay! My wife was confused, and looked toward the cashier 's direction for assistance but he was busy. My wife then said she paid but the salad lady started getting confrontational with her finger now pointing at wife telling her if you want to eat you need to pay! until my wife went back to the cashier. He sorted it out immediately. But as my wife went back to get her plate, this same lady right away was like where 's your receipt??? . I understand theft prevention but this was just too much and handled so poorly. Excuse me, I don 't see salad bar on your order. would more than suffice. Maybe my wife wasn 't clear or maybe the cashier made a mistake, whatever, it happens. It 's how this employee right away accused us of stealing that really left a bad taste in our mouths. 3 stars because we come here often and never had a negative experience other than this so not going to take away from other employees who provided good service. However, not sure we 'll be back."

Jason's Deli is a great healthy choice restaurant. They have a large menu with a variety of choices of sandwiches, both hot or cold. Soups and salads and a fantastic salad bar. Don't forget the ice cream cone at the end.

Found a piece of razor blade in my Mesa salad! Cut the top of my mouth! Manager did not care. Not about the piece of razor blade in my salad, or about the other piece of razor blade that is most likely in someone else’s salad! Never ordering from there again (DUH! … Can’t select zero stars or I would.

You get what you expect with this smart choice of good n quick eats. You expect Fresh , Clean and Healthy then this is your best option. Low point of the experience was not having the All You Can Eat access to the Salad Bar. Which is overall smarter to accept and enjoy with safety percautions in place to keep cleanliness the priority.

We have been dining at Jason's for many years and have always enjoyed the food. However, recent changes may result in us reducing our visits. There is now an extra charge for the Manager's Special, employees with tattoos and facial piercings, no small plates at the salad bar, and no containers provided for ice cream. I always order their customizable salad, which comes with a croissant sandwich and a side of potato salad when you get it as a combo. The salad is incredibly delicious, with a wide selection of toppings to choose from whether you're ordering online or in person. The croissant sandwich is served hot and toasted, adding to its deliciousness. The potato salad comes in a generous portion that can be shared with someone else. This is definitely my go-to place for a fantastic salad that is so filling, you won't be able to finish it all in one sitting.

I arrived on a busy Saturday around noon, but the place was not too crowded. The service was fast but seemed distant and disconnected. The staff appeared somewhat uninterested in the customers. The restaurant was clean and well-stocked. I ordered the Turkey sandwich, which was average at best. Parking was easy to find, and there was a great play structure nearby. The coin-operated kiddie rides were a bit of a letdown as the firetruck did not work. Overall, I would deduct one star for the lack of enthusiasm from the staff and another star for the unimpressive sandw...
