I was trying to order online for “fire chicken day special “ for hour, never work, always have issue with it. Come over store and they can’t honor the offer.

I finally had the chance to try Jollibee, and I have no complaints! The food was piping hot, just the way I like it, and the chicken was crispy with every bite. I will definitely be coming back; the environment was clean and the staff was friendly.

Service was fast and quick. Although they didn't have spicy chicken readily available that was ok. Staff was friendly and establishment was clean with Xtra care on sanitizing the public areas. Covit safety measures and awareness at a high level. Awesome job Jollibee Team!

The service is great! I had my order misunderstood the first time, so I went to go ask if I could get the one I asked for, expecting to pay for it, but the person I spoke to quickly came up with a solution and had a new one made free of charge, his attitude was very attentive and made me feel seen, and he was super sweet, highly recommend! I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My meal was served promptly, so I didn’t have to wait long. The interior was clean and well-lit, and they also provided restrooms for customers. However, I would advise being cautious when visiting at night, as the shopping center where the restaurant is located lacks adequate outdoor lighting, appears to be poorly maintained, and there were no visible security personnel, so it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings.

I have been to other Jollibee restaurants but this location not as good. I ordered my regular meal chicken sandwich with meal. I ordered extra items for my friends. I ask nicely could you separate my meal and cashier said.. yes. The food came out quickly but everything thrown together in bag. I ask the lady who gave my order that I asked to have separate bags. She just looked at me and said nothing. I asked nicely again.... for separate bag..no answer. So I told myself not coming back to this location. And when I finally ate my chicken sandwich..overcooked and hard chicken. I will not coming back..love Jollibee but not here.

Jollibee's chicken is better than KFC and Popeye's chicken put together. There, I said it. It is so crispy! They have original and spicy. Both are excellent..and the chicken comes with brown gravy. I usually take it to go, so I like taking it home and popping it in the air fryer to make it a bit more crisp. Their spaghetti is traditionally sweet, so non Filipinos have an open mind and palette before complaining that it don't taste like ya mama's. The palabok rice noodles are very flavorful with garlic, pork, shrimp, and hard-boiled egg. My kid loves their Mac and cheese. It's very cheesy.
