"I placed an order Christmas Eve. The lady on the phone said it would be 20-25 minutes. I get to the restaurant and it's completely packed. My anxiety was through the roof because there were 50+ people in that small restaurant. I waited for about 20-25 minutes and barely any movement in the line. I overheard people leaving saying they waited well over an hour for their food. I was stressed out and left. I tried calling the restaurant directly to just cancel my order but they wouldn't pick up. They had a message saying that the kitchen was busy and they couldn't answer.I tried calling for 3 hours and 10+ times. So if you're reading this now then I attempted to cancel my order, but your restaurant made that impossible."

"Tonight was our 3rd visit. We have the same sweet server as last time. Tonight we had burgers; I wanted smaller, but only the children's menu has smaller ones. Management must realize that some of us do not want huge portions. It was great, but I brought half of it home. The server must hear and write our commands accurately; I wanted Cheddar on mine, but I didn't get any cheese. I asked what types are available and did not care for the others. I'm not a name, she'll learn to get it right, and the burger was fine. I had the smaller portion of pot roasts, and it was still a lot, on a previous visit. Someone else's review is not enough; I haven't seen it yet. I always need a pull-out box. My friend had dessert; I had no room. I'm back in Texas, and, incredibly, I've actually lost 10 pounds, eating almost every night. I ate my fullness every time. We've eaten 5 times here, in 2 1/2 weeks. Love it!"

"Quick pickup order, soup was 3/4 of a bowl for $7! Mostly noodles and broth, think there were 3 scraps of chicken and a piece of celery. At least it was hot. Also the website automatically adds a tip so WATCH OUT for that. For them to scoop soup into abowl, I have to go in and get it, they don 't even bring it to you, and the company thinks this is something someone should tipfor? First and last time eating Noodles. I am not supplementing a corporation 's poor pay with a tip for literally using a spoonto scoup and put said bowl into a bag. This isn 't a restaurant it 's a fast food place. I 'm not tipping for bare minimumservice which is literallythe job (scoop into a bowl)! If it was scoop your own soup I would, and at least it would be a fullbowl!"

"While the food was up to par, the service was not. My wife can’t drink caffeinated beverages so we asked for a cup of water for her. We were handed a bottle of water and when we asked for a cup for ice, we were archly informed that no cups are allowed for water. Ok, we can live with that. However after we sat down and my wife put decaf tea powder in her water bottle, an employee came up and, without any warning, grabbed the bottle and nastily informed us that patrons aren’t allowed to put drink mix in their water bottle. No excuse for grabbing at a customer’s food and being nasty to them. We won’t ever go back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"We stopped in to Subway because our two year old child was hungry and grumpy, we waited for a while for the people in front of us and the only guy working there was not very personable, but we got a kids meal for our child and after we paid he gave us our food and the child's juice and applesauce was missing...my husband went back up to the counter again and the guy was making a sandwich for someone else so he waited, then asked the guy for the kids juice and applesauce and the guy said he would get it, then proceeded to just keep making someone else's sandwich, we waited there for like ten minutes just to be told they were out of applesauce and he didn't offer us anything else, we just got a juice yet paid full price for the kids meal which was the smallest sub with like one piece of turkey on it lol. I was about to get a refund if my daughter wasn't so hungry. Terrible service and definitely stingy on the amount of food you get"
