Fantastic happy hour! And, naturally, the cheese dip is unbeatable.

We were able to walk in for a quick dinner and had a wonderful experience with some amazing dishes! The Cajun grilled shrimp was one of our favorites!

I can only say WOW! This hidden gem is one of the best-kept secrets in New Orleans. The space has recently been renovated, making it clean and bright, and the food was simply DELICIOUS!

I had never visited this particular location before, though we've been to the original one in Hammond, LA, many times. This spot is much smaller than the original, which creates a lovely intimate atmosphere. The service was exceptional; even though I only ordered takeout, everyone was incredibly friendly. This is the best Mexican restaurant in the city! I live just across the street and have tried all the dining options in the area. When they first opened, I was a bit uncertain, but I finally decided to give it a chance last week. I was completely impressed by the extraordinary flavors and quality of the food. It’s fantastic and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere is wonderful too.

I've been dining at La Carreta for over 19 years, and this brand-new location beautifully honors the family-run restaurant's legacy while infusing it with a taste of New Orleans. I highly recommend trying the barbacoa and steak tacos, especially paired with their unique red sauce that's specific to this location. Don't forget to sample one of their handcrafted margaritas! I’m excited to see how this spot flourishes on Magazine Street.

This is my favorite spot for Mexican food! We absolutely love this restaurant— the food is consistently delicious and the prices are reasonable. The service is friendly, the music is enjoyable, and the drinks are great. Even though there was one time when they misplaced our order, we keep coming back for more. There’s paid parking available on Magazine Street, but you can also find free parking on the side streets. By the way, the Carne Asada Fajita is absolutely amazing! Visualizza piatti
