Terrible customer service specifically the middle aged lady in front. My wife is a white Latina and the lady really thought we didn’t understand her ? she was rude and walked away to hide in the back when confronted

I had the worst experience at this bakery. I spent $26 on hard, stale bread, and there was even some mold on it—absolutely disgusting! The hard bread and the filled conchas were a total letdown! This will definitely be my first and last visit to this place. The prices are way too high for such poor quality bread. What a disappointment! Visualizza piatti

What in the world are they cooking?! Four carne asada tacos and the moment I opened the tacos, I knew I was going to have a problem. The meat looked funny and does not taste like carne asada. Super disappointed after having paid $30 for tacos and tamales. Never again. These people need to stick to bakery items but def not tacos. Like literally beyond frustrated at how disgusting these tacos are and the fact that they have the audacity to sell them.

First time here and I had a Really bad experience, the lady seemed annoyed and with a bad attitude, whenever I asked something she answered with attitude and made me feel like I was stupid. I ordered some consomé and barbacoa, then I asked for a tray because I wanted to grab some bread, and she was like “in front of you, you don’t see them?” and there was nothing, instead of offering a tray she just ignored me. Then, I asked for a large champurrado and she ignored me again, she didn’t give me anything and she was rude all the time. Sorry if she was having a bad day, but she shouldn’t be taking it on the customers. Bad first experience, and I will not come back, sorry. ?

I had an interesting story there, I came specifically for cookies.First, only a single person was able to speak English and give little answers to questions, he was good but others were not helping.Secondly, all sweets cookies etc, were looking delicious, however, I later figured out that they must have being there since the shop was opened, meaning they were, not just rock hard but steel hard, you can use them to hammer in nails.Now, the funniest third part. (Ok, may be its not on them but ... after I paid for everything, while getting back, I was almost being frauded twice, one a bank noticication that transaction was being rejected and another one that worked and I had to deal with a bank...
