"My date and I went to the movies and decided to explore a bit afterward. We stumbled upon Istanbul Grill and figured we’d give it a try. I had never had Portuguese food before, so I was quite curious. We chose to sit outside, where the tables were nicely spaced apart. What a delightful surprise this place turned out to be! The service was absolutely fantastic! Our waitress was attentive without being intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our delicious meal. I ordered the chicken kebab, which came with red cabbage, peeled carrots, salad, marinated sweet potato, and some delicious rice. As for the dipping sauce? It was simply beyond description! We both ended up so full that we took some food home. I'm already looking forward to stopping by again for dessert and coffee. I would definitely recommend this spot. Well done!"

"We went here for the first time the other day it was beyond our expectations!! The vibe is such a cute and classic look. The iced coffee was delicious! I got one that was a desert cookie and my boyfriend got the ice chai latte which we both agreed was the best one we ever had! They are very welcoming and kind and helps you to any questions. They have board games which I thought was so cute. The breakfast sandwiches were out of this world! I got a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was the best breakfast sandwich I ever had hands down. My boyfriend got the beast which was also delicious. It’s a small family who owns it which is always nice to be supportive of. I highly recommend! This will be one of our new favorite places"

"Originally opened as a butcher and grocery store by the patriarch, the deli was transformed into a sub shop by the next generation following his passing. Kit ordered mini perogies, mini potato pancakes, and a hotdog with mustard. Meanwhile, I opted for the #3: Vino's Italian with ham, hard salami, and American cheese. I had initially planned to swap the American for Swiss cheese, but the current matriarch offered us a sample of Cooper cheese that we both enjoyed, so I decided to go with that instead. My sandwich came with my usual toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, hot peppers, vinegar, mayonnaise, along with salt, pepper, and oregano. We brought our meals back to the hotel room and began our dinner. We were very pleased with the quality, portion size, flavor, and preparation of everything we had. One notable detail was how my sandwich was constructed. The contents and toppings were cleverly separated due to the way the roll was sliced, with a portion taken from the crown that created a club-style presentation. This thoughtful approach kept everything neatly contained, preventing any overflow from each half. Overall, everything was fresh and delicious, reinforcing my commitment to supporting small, family-operated businesses that take pride in what they offer. I will definitely continue to spend my money at places like this!"

"Absolutely recommend! The pastry pictures could never do it justice. Edible artwork and it tastes even better than it looks! Pizza does not disappoint. Fresh ingredients and imaginative creations with flavors that meld together beautifully. Top the meal off with a chilled root beer from a bottle. Excellent staff and service! Very much impressed with all aspects of this delicious restaurant."

"Tang's Asian Cuisine, located on Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard, provided a pleasant dining experience with a friendly server and delicious food. We visited on a Friday evening just before 7:00 and were seated promptly as there were plenty of available tables. Our server, a pleasant young woman, brought us our drinks before taking our order. We started with the fried pork Gyoza, which arrived quickly and was served with soy sauce. The Gyoza was crispy and flavorful, with the option for a steamed version as well. The House Pad Thai Rice Noodle dish was also tasty, with the choice of ordering it plain or spicy on a scale of 1 to 10. I opted for a 6, which provided a nice level of heat without being overwhelming. The noodles included chicken, pork, and shrimp, topped with crushed peanuts and a lime wedge on the side. The Spicy Basil Fried Rice with chicken (also a 6) was equally delicious, with the option to choose from vegetables, pork, beef, or shrimp. The portions were generous, enough to take home for later. The ambiance was quiet and comfortable, and our entrees were served promptly. Despite the unassuming exterior of the restaurant, Tang's Asian Cuisine is definitely worth a visit for a flavorful meal. They also offer take-out options, with employees frequently seen preparing orders for customers. Overall, Tang's Asian Cuisine is worth a visit, especially for those looking to grab a bite before heading to nearby Wegman's and Sam's Club for some shopping."
