Best food in Fallon. Service was ok. Price is on the high end, but they know what they’ve got and it is worth it. I’ve tried nothing on the menu I didn’t love.

Atmosphere: 5 stars. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

Traveling from Idaho and found this restaurant by chance. I highly recommend it. Beautiful wines, very cheap prices, too much food, Lol and the best waitress. I wish I could remember her name, pulled there a few years ago, from San Diego. We felt like we went home for dinner. Thank you.

Much as Fallon is a desert oasis famous for produce which is world renowned, the Maine Street Cafe is an oasis in Fallon for high quality food with great service. I attended a dinner meeting at this restaurant and it wasn't too crowded when I went. I ordered the crab cakes and they were delicious! The service was excellent, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. This is one of the best places I’ve ever gone to, was so unexpected and delightful. Every single dish was so good, it was sad we had to stop eating but we were stuffed. Prices and portions are very good and just over all blown away at how good this place is. If your on the fence this is the place to go! No regrets yum yum yum. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was good. The service was excellent, and they brought me a bowl of cool water for my service dog. The terrace was beautiful, right next to a grassy area, and we saw a falcon on a nearby phone stick. There was no easy way to get my Grandpa to the restaurant or to the terrace. There were stairs everywhere and no ramps for wheelchairs or hikers. Several men and a local physical therapist helped us, the stairs after dinner, but this is not easily accessible at all for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility.

We got their burgers a few times over Takeout and they're delicious, but tonight was our first time in person to eat. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Great service. He made me a very delicious lemon drop martini and I had the petite fillet and it was perfectly cooked to medium rarely. My husband had the rib and it was over boiled to medium well instead of medium rare, but he still enjoyed it and thought it was good. The best place we have eaten since last year we moved to Fallon.
