The food is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing! I food the food roulette and asked the servers what they would have and the food blew my mind! Great place to eat!

I wanted to try something new and came across a recommendation for her club sandwich, which sounded appealing. I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Our server, Angel, was fantastic; he not only went over the menu with us but also shared the owner’s mission to give back to the people of Honduras. I like to try new foods and this was the first time eating at Mami Monchitas and I have to say that it was excellent. The waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. I had the Super Baleadas(flour Tortilla filled with chorizo, shredded chicken, scrambled eggs, refried beans, cheese, mantequilla and avocado). It was so good and the flavors mixed so well together. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The service is always amazing, the food is amazing. The yellow drink which is a fruit drink called Amarillo. And mojitos with bourbon instead of rum amazing. Marinated and very flavorful Steak filet mignon skewers, w/ fried plantain, beans and rice with chimichurri and pico de gallo. We had our first visit here, and it truly made us happy! The atmosphere feels welcoming and homely, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is fantastic! We tried the Honduran chicken salad sandwich, and the sauce was absolutely amazing. The pupusas were hearty, buttery, and fresh. The pickled cabbage and onions were a perfect touch to the dish. We also had the chicken tacos, which were similar to flautas and fried to perfection—really delicious! We will definitely be back!

After finishing our visit to Buffalo Trace, we decided to wait for the Friday rush hour traffic to ease up, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for a break. The peach margaritas were fantastic and a refreshing change from bourbon. I ordered the pupusas, while my sons and husband went for the enchiladas. We polished off every last bite on our plates! It was lovely to sit outside and soak in the early summer ambiance. Our server was excellent as well! We would definitely come back for the delicious food, drinks, and great atmosphere.

Went here for dinner with a family party of 10. We were visiting the area for distillery tours and tastings. Not busy at all for a Saturday evening around 7 and they put a couple tables together to accommodate our large group. They also have outside seating. Food was ordered and came in a reasonable time for the party size. Everyone was amazed at the great flavors in all the dishes. Appetizer was Anafres which was excellent. I had the Revuelta Hondureno for my main course and it was fantastic! We all shared several Tres Leches Cakes for dessert and they also were wonderful.
