I come here quite often and the food is always consistent. Staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean.

The same staff typically work here, and they consistently do a great job. I don't believe they've ever gotten an order wrong.

We had an order for delivery that was missing some items. We then had called in and the team had corrected the mistake! There is a good group of people here that care about what they are serving to their customers.

Restaurant was clean. Food was bland but I'm not sure it much to do with the store cook so much as how they are instructed to season and cook the food. The restroom and quality of its cleanliness left much to be desired. Parking: Abundant

Went in 8:30pm no one acknowledged me, ask if they were still open, young lady who took my order had the worst attitude seem like she didn’t wanted to be there, got the wrong food, don’t know if took someone else’s order, not going back there even if it’s 3min from my house. Visualizza piatti

If you order pick-up, make sure to check your order at the counter before leaving the restaurant. If you return expecting to receive the items you paid for but didn't get, you may be met with scrutiny. Even with your receipt, they'll make it difficult for you instead of simply offering an apology. I understand that mistakes happen; we’re all human. However, it's important to take responsibility and apologize instead of putting the customer on the defensive because of your own frustration.

Hot, accurately prepared, and ready in an expected amount of time, I've never gone wrong with the Buffalo Grove location! ?? Parking: Parking is literally right outside the front door, and disabled accessible parking couldn't be more convenient than what is offered.
