"I was with my family while they were pretty busy. The service was good at first. We had ordered our food and sat down waiting for an hour. Our server finally comes back up to us and asked us if we wanted to just leave. I was shocked and extremely disappointed as there were multiple tables who had received their food before us, and there were only 3 of us. After all that waiting, we left hungry and unfortunately unhappy as well. A simple, “I’m sorry, but we’re just not able to handle this many people,” would’ve sufficed. Lynn and I enjoyed our tenderloin sandwiches and onion rings, and the atmosphere. Sat and reminisced and wondered how the heck did we not meet in the late sixties? He was just back from 'Nam and I was in college. We didn 't meet then but both had great stories about Old Barney 's and Barney. Everyone loved Barney. And we both knew many of the same people..... ?! Great time! We 'll be back.
