"Excellent food and service. Their lunch specials are delicious. I don't always like the chips that are served at Mexican restaurants, but theirs were thin and crispy. They serve Pepsi products which I am not a fan, so I ordered an unsweetened iced tea. It was just the right strength. Not too strong and not too weak. Lunch during the week can be busy around noon till 1:00 p.m. due to the fact that the Smuckers corporate headquarters are located directly across the street and a lot of the workers can walk over for lunch. I recommend this restaurant if you are in the area. I regret I did not remember to take any photos."

"I have always ordered the family feast and have always received great service and always got everything I ordered but we ordered the family feast today and didn't get our coleslaw and we called in and the person on the phone said that the delivery driver would drop it off on his way back out and the delivery driver was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! He said we didn't click on the coleslaw and that he didn't have to bring it back by and that he would not be doing that anymore. I don't know what happened to your customer service but I don't think we will be ordering from you anymore. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Service: 1"

"After several attempts over many days no one will answer the phone now goes to a fax call, my spouce goes to Jerry's Cafe to tell them about the phone being out of service the waitress procedto to tell him they do not answer the calls because it take to much time! He proceeded to try and place a order in person and the same waitress said sorry are foods frozen and we have no one to prepare it nor do we have staff to keep up with the dirty dishes. The kitchen was visible enough for my spouce to see stavks of dirty dishes with dried food still stuck on them sitting on a prep table. My spouce observed the bar however was full and had two waitresses waiting on those customers. Please take down the website phone number as well as post on your restaurant door your not properly running a sanitary restaurant. False advertisements are illegal and Jerrys should be temporarily closed untill they correct all the issues or close your restaurant. We are not the only people who are disappointed with the lack of consideration for faithful loyal customers. ."

"This restaurant gives the impression that not much has changed since 1969, and it even offers a drive-in option! The atmosphere is very welcoming for families. The food met my expectations, boasting delightful scents and crispy bacon, embodying classic hometown cooking. Although it's not overly upscale, the place is clean, the dishes are nicely presented, and the prices are fair. I can picture that during non-Covid times, this would be a vibrant place for families and friends to gather for a meal."

"**Atmosphere:** The diner is just okay but feels outdated with ripped booths, worn chair cushions, cracked wood, and cramped spaces. **Service:** The staff exuded a lack of enthusiasm—there wasn’t a single smile to be found. I understand that everyone has their off days, but the constant frowning and eye-rolling at customers was off-putting. Communication was a challenge too, as they mumbled responses and walked away as if they hadn’t heard my questions. I faced the absurdity of receiving only part of my meal in a to-go bag, leaving me to wait an additional five minutes for the rest. That’s just not how it should work; meals should be served in full, not piecemeal like that. I learned the hard way to check my order before leaving, but I certainly won’t be returning. Thankfully, Orrville has many other dining options that are far better than this."
