On Demand Sushi - Piatti

Convenient, small, simple sushi spot I go to every now and then. They have rolls, nigiri, bowls, etc. Always great service. Fish is always fresh and decent portions. I noticed they have AYCE now, so I'll be there more often and will update with pics. Try it out!

First time here and gotta say.... Very delicious! The flavor is there! Loved they way they decorated keeping the festive spirit. Service was also great. I got the poké Bowl with white rice, mixed meats, and avocado. It came with a little side of seaweed salad. I also got your sauce and Yum Yum sauce.

I picked up a sushi platter for the first time today, and I was incredibly impressed! The quality was high, the sushi was delicious, and there was plenty of it, especially for the price. The staff was so kind—they even wrote a "happy birthday" message on the bag and included a surprise appetizer after my husband mentioned it was my birthday. That was a lovely surprise! As first-time customers, we chose this restaurant because they advertised a 15% discount on five items. However, since I didn't mention when ordering that I was planning to get five items, I didn't receive the discount. The young lady taking our order could have easily informed us about this, or they could include it in writing on the menu. This approach is likely to discourage customers from returning.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found it to be a small venue with about 6-8 tables, but they offer a large menu. You place your order and pay at the cash register upfront. The food came out quickly, and our lovely cashier also served us; she was very kind. As for parking, there are only a few spaces available, and most of the ones in front of the restaurant are limited to 15 minutes, likely intended for quick pickups.

Shocking quality and excellence!I purchased a meal package that offers great value. The sushi is incredibly delicious, the fish is very fresh, and the sauces are tasty too! The only downside is that the fried calamari doesn't match the picture. It's not the Japanese or Italian style of fried calamari; it's just regular American-style calamari rings. This place is just OK. Sushi is just OK, it didn’t taste super fresh and it was borderline hot in the tiny little restaurant. So hot It made me question the sanitation of the fish. Price is fairly expensive considering the quality and environment, for 5 item platter it was $50, you can find way better all you can eat sushi joints in town for way cheaper and better fish/environment. Disappointed since it has such good reviews- definitely won’t be coming back.

We came to enjoy the Monday night game between the RAIDERS and PACKERS. We are from California and love sushi. We we’re told about this place called “On Demand Sushi” on Hualapai in Summerlan. Despite being a small space the food and service is AWESOME. We had a server named Adrianna who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great personality and very attentive. We had 2 boats of sushi and ordered a teriyaki bowl for one in our party. Overall a great experience and would recommend this location to all our friends.

We are from Vancouver BC and are often less than excited about sushi and seafood in Las Vegas. But I saw an ad for this place on Instagram and decided that it was worth the drive over to Summerland to go and check it out. It did not disappoint!The seafood was probably the freshest and best tasting we have had in Vegas ever! Will definitely be back againPokey bowls are full. The avocado bomb was a unique concept.
