"I've always had great experiences at this restaurant until yesterday. First, I received the wrong order, which was fine since it didn't take long to get my correct meal. However, my entree arrived alongside my boyfriend’s appetizer, and then it took an eternity for him to get his entree—more than 20 minutes! Once we finished eating, we waited over 20 minutes for the check. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Our waiter asked if I wanted a to-go box, and I said yes, but then he took my food away instead! By that point, I just wanted to leave without waiting any longer. I would have spoken to the owner or manager, but he was too busy flirting with someone on the other side of the dining room. It was a disappointing experience. At least the food was good, but I didn't get to bring the leftovers home."

"I bought a meatball stromboli,(had only 5 meatballs it mind you, chicken and onion slice and another slice, I can't remember what was in it exactly, but those 3 items came to $30 or $31. I understand inflation, but COME ON. The sauce was bitter. It just wasn't enjoyable. As I'm ordering, the hot air is melting my face off. It was about to run off my face and wait for me outside. I had stopped going there a while back. I took a chance again, and again, I was disappointed."

"I've been patient and let this slide multiple times, but enough is enough. I opted for the "IF UNAVAILABLE, CANCEL ORDER" option, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I consistently receive random donuts in my half or full dozen orders. They always end up being plain or sprinkled donuts that seem old. I won’t be taking the risk again."
