Good food and service. Beast place in town to get a good entree salad, add your protein of choice. Pizza is good also.

Waitress wonderful! Only two working. Need MORE! Long, long wait bit waitresses sooooo apologized! Pizza good but all cheese in center. Spread it to the ends! Threw all those away. Will go elsewhere next time until changes are made. Visualizza piatti

We visited in August 2023. Greta atmosphere and drinks. The cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, and pizzas were really great! They have limited hours so make sure you check that. Service was a bit slow likely due to staffing shortages, like everywhere else. Lots of parking in lot out front. Indoor and patio seating. We would visit again if we come back to that area. We went out for a drive and ran into Birchwood and decided to get dinner. This place did not disappoint. Our waitress was so friendly and sweet. My kids are super picky but my son said his fish sandwich was awesome, my daughter ate her entire burger (which is unheard of and my significant other and I ate an entire 16” pizza! It was soooo good! If you’re driving through the Northwoods, this a place you need to stop at : Food: 5

The second pizza we tried was their Cub, topped with sausage, onion, and green pepper. I actually preferred this one over the taco pizza, which surprised me since I usually enjoy taco pizzas. The sausage was impressive—there were generous, hand-formed pieces visible beneath the ample layer of cheese, along with slices of onion and green pepper scattered throughout. The sauce had a more robust flavor than many pizza sauces, which I appreciated. Eating this pizza brought back fond memories of enjoying tavern-style pizza in Chicago as a child. If you're looking for the best pizza in Birchwood, WI (population 402), you won't want to miss this place! Seriously, the pizza is excellent, regardless of how you slice it (pun intended). Our family has been visiting this area for four years, and this is one of our favorite spots. The service is friendly, and the pizza is top-notch! They offer a variety of specialty pizzas, and you can also create your own. Yes, they may be short-staffed, but who isn't these days? The staff here does a commendable job of ensuring that customers feel taken care of. Just a heads-up: the business is currently for sale, so I may have to update this review next summer.

Good food. Prices are a little high. Being from the east coast, it was nice to see somewhere have a Ny style crust. It was probably the most accurate one I've had out here. I was a little confused since I expected the other pizza to be little square slices but it was a thin crust pizza cut in 8. No complaints for me. The Brooklyn came with 3 toppings but the ones I chose didn't do it justice. Probably would be good with pepperoni. The margarita pizza was not what I usually call margarita but it was very good non the less. Appetizer sampler was on point. All in all, I will definitely go back and look forward to trying all the other delicious sounding pizzas and sandwiches.

I was very excited to finally try Paul's Pizza Den. We've driven by many times on our way to and from other locations in the area but never had the pleasure of stopping but today was our day! Atmosphere: Cozy and cabin-esqe. Service: Servers were friendly. But ordering, receiving food and beverages, etc. was so incredibly slow. Our server never came back to see if we were ok on drinks or to ask how the food was tasting. I had to flag the server down to get a water. And I swear when the bill came she just threw it down and ran off. Food: We ordered an Antipasto salad to start.
