"We had an exceptional time at the Pickle Barrel. The waitress was one-of-a-kind with her pleasantness and energy and patience and understanding and accuracy; in every way. She even took some group photographs that night. We stayed from until pm. The area we were seated in allowed us to be roaming to speak to others at different spots at the table without disrupting other diners. All round great experience with our friends in a great atmosphere. I doubt it would have happened in any other establishment except maybe someone's home. But we didn't have to do any work except invite the people."

I would have given stars but we waited a long time for a server to come and yet they were not busy. The calamari was quite greasy but otherwise everything was great.

Wait staff was good but I did not catch her name. When we arrived we were told that we should have notified the restaurant that we had a wheel chair, yet it did not mention that in the online reservation.

We received very poor service at our table. I ordered a half rack of ribs that was flavourless, dry and cold. The fries were from frozen just average. The service by far was excellent. Four of my colleagues ordered salmon, they were not happy because , the portions i was so small and not hot enough like it wasn't really freshly made. It wasn't presented as palatable and ready to be eaten Ambiance is moderately okey The menu presented wasn't the same as it was in the website....there were some cut offs.

Overall was enjoyable but one of my guests ordered a Fiesta Chicken salad; however, there was no chicken in the salad but my guest did find a hair in the salad. He sent it back and was later satisfied with the plate. Another guest ordered French toast and he expected regular sliced bread. Instead received huge chucks of deep fried small bread loaves which resembled donut dough. He substituted it for pancakes and was satisfied. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable lunch and service was good There was only one "family" rest room for a large restaurant. I recommend that a second one be added.
