This place is ridiculous! From the food to the atmosphere there is nothing negative to say. I had the Cuban and boy let me tell you, I will be returning for that time and time again. Don't get me started in the homemade pickles either, those thingsare straight up to die for.

The dining experience was fantastic. The bone marrow is a must try. The staff was friendly, the manager was attentive, the dessert was delicious, and we loved being able to see the open kitchen and how clean it was. If we ever find ourselves in Arizona again, this restaurant is definitely a must visit.

The fresh chiccharones are excellent. The burgers are okay. Nothing too spectacular for the price, but it isn't bad. My wife was not too impressed with the shrimp and grits, but then we're not really the gastro pub type so it's probably our bias. Certainlygive it a try if you like bacon and pork belly. We had friends in from TN and someone insisted we should try this place. When we arrived on a Sat. Night, not many people there, but the service was terrible. We sat so long waiting for the waitress to come back, that we almost decided to leave, but decidedto try it. We had the BLT and side salad. Salad was good, but BLT was terrible. Not at all what we expected and won't bereturning anytime soon. Was way over priced for the quality.

Our friends from Tennessee recommended this place, so we decided to give it a try on a Saturday night. Despite the lack of a crowd, the service was extremely slow. We almost left before our waitress returned, but we decided to stay. We ordered a BLT and a side salad. The salad was good, but the BLT was disappointing. Unable to afford bone marrow tonight, the service was excellent, the beers were great, and the smoked salmon was just assplendid. This is a restaurant that I will definitely return to. I absolutely adore Pig and Pickle. Don't skip out on their happy hour as they offer amazing specials. The food is consistently excellent and worth the price. I have been a patron since they first opened, and I appreciate that they frequently change their menu based on ingredient availability. Their drinks are top-notch as well, using only high-quality, classic ingredients without any shortcuts like corn syrup or sour mix.
