"the economic version of m. berasategui in donostia. an old sidreria reconverted and updated aesthetically. very recommend the tasting menu (€105 without drinks) attentive and professional service. a succession of small delicacies; appetizers, salad, all eel pepper, scallop, deconstructed carbonara, merluza, solmillo, two desserts and petit fours. (details of the menu in the photograph) a great tasting menu! and considering that the one of the mother house' is put in 300€ also without drinks, it is a good way to know the martine cuisine in a more economical version but not for it less interesting. from my fully recommended point of view. Furthermore, if you do not want (or you can not.) that the account is mixed with the drink, in the wine menu there is a section of 16 excellent wines to 16€ that allow you to enjoy the menu. the restaurant is not central but can be achieved even with an urban bus! (33 for more signs than said, an option to try dishes with Michelin stars at a very reasonable price."

"Amazing! The attention was great, the waitress super friendly and always trying to help. Practitioner, we try all the skewers that they have on the menu. First as skewers and then some as a portion. The menu is spectacular, the dishes are incredible. All the dishes are an explosion of flavors and a real delicacy. Make special mention of the truffled rice, the mendaur egg, the tail tuetano and the cheek. These dishes seemed spectacular to us. The waiters explain all the dishes to you when they bring them to the table it shows that they like their work. The 3 desserts it has are incredible, it is worth trying the 3. On the other hand they have a live white Verdejo super well priced and quite rich. Spectacular value for money. (Original) Increíble! La atención fue estupenda, la camarera super amable y siempre intentando ayudar. Practicante probamos la totalidad de los pinchos que tienen en carta. Primero como pinchos y luego algunos como ración. La carta es espectacular, los platos son increíbles. Todos los platos son una explosión de sabores y un auténtico manjar. Hacer especial mención al arroz trufado, el huevo mendaur, el rabo tuetano y la carrillera. Estos platos nos parecieron especulares. Los camareros te explican todos los platos cuando los traen a la mesa se nota que les gusta su trabajo. Los 3 postres que tiene son increíbles merece la pena probar los 3. Por otro lado tienen un vivo blanco Verdejo super bien de precio y bastante rico. Calidad-precio espectacular."

"Fuimos con toda la family esta semana porque es un sitio super bien puntuado. Intentamos reservar por Internet y a pesar de que el sistema nos denegó la reserva por falta de repuesta, fueron muy agradables y nos prepararon una mesa para 8. La verdad es que el servicio fue super profesional y aunque la comida tardó bastante, mereció la pena. Estaba todo muy bien. Comenzando por el jamón ibérico bien sudadito y sabroso. Como platos pedimos varios para probar y yo destacaría el pichón que era una pasada, con las verduras cocinadas fantásticamente con su salsita. El mi cuit de foie gras con alubias también era sublime. El tapen negro muy sabroso. Quizás el punto negativo es que había muy poco acompañamiento lo que echamos todos en falta. El arroz bastante sosete, quizás algo a mejorar claramente. Sino para terminar la torrija era brutal. Un 10. Quizas en el global diría que era un pelón caro."

"Comida tradicional y casera. Empezamos con un aperitivo de crema de calabaza, luego compartimos unas croquetas de jamón, estaban bien, ni buenas ni malas. El huevo trufado estaba espetacular, el atún riquísimo y el rape muy bueno. De postre hemos compartido una torrija caramelizada con helado y la Mamia cuajada, muy rico! Aunque el caramelo de sidra que proponen para endulzar la mamia no me ha gustado por su fuerte sabor, pero ambos estaban riquísimos. De precio es un poco elevado, pero compensa por la calidad del producto, además del servicio de las camareras, muy simpáticas y la localización céntrica."
