"The quality is hit n miss. Last time I was here I had to wait nearly 30 minutes after I had paid for my to-go order that I had ordered 15 minutes earlier.(45 minutes) I offered to pull up since there was a car behind me to be courteous, person at the window told me my order was being boxed up that it would be 5 minutes. I waited for 15 in my car and decided to go in since they were getting busy. The person who waited on me didn't realize I had already ordered and paid for my order and asked to take my order and then I waited another 15 minutes for my order. It was ridiculous."

The overall dining experience was enjoyable, with the only hiccup being a minor error at the cashier that was promptly rectified.

We had a good experience here after church getting the lunch buffet. They have the salad bar all the time but I think they only do buffet on certain days, for sure Sunday lunch.

The staff at this restaurant is very rude! They completely forgot our order and then blamed us for it. Additionally, every time we have visited, the wings are always dry because they never toss them in sauce. Visualizza piatti

Just because you want a lighter cheese option, doesn't mean you should completely skimp out on sauce. My personal pan pizza had only one piece with sauce on it. A good pizza is all about the sauce, not just the cheese or bread.

Brookfield Pizza Hut was terrible. First we waited 20 mine to even get our order taken and then they forgot half of it including our littlest sons meal. We got are pizza it was doughy and not done at all. After we waited over an hour to get our food we didn't even in up eating because nothing was cooked fully. Us plus one other family was in there when we showed up and still took hour and 20 minutes for 1 large pizza and a personal pan pizza. I will definitely not be going back. All the other pizza huts are great but this one needs alot of work and people that do their jobs.
