The food was cold and uncooked. They don’t know the difference between smoked and uncooked. Even the coffee was cold. Very disappointed

Service was wonderful, my waitress was very friendly. I’m a big bison fan and was very excited trying the bison burger. However, I was very unhappy with it. I almost felt like it was something made at chilis or some chain restaurant of that nature.

Service and ambience were wonderful. Grilled Caesar salad with apple and almonds was delicious. Grilled octopus was excellent. Skip dessert but stay after dinner and try the bar adjacent to the dining room for an after dinner drink. Save time to wander the hotel lobby filled with interesting art.
