"On a rainy afternoon on July 2nd, we stopped to have lunch and pick up the wine of the month. As Wine Club members who live where there isn’t a Winery/Restaurant close by, we stop as much as we can when visiting Chicago. No matter what we eat, the Coopers Hawk restaurants have the best food, and it’s always hard to choose! Our thanks to Kristen our server, and the Restaurant Manager, who heard we come a long way to eat here, for making our recent visit so memorable, with a feel of “home”. Hilton Head/Bluffton, Charleston SC or Savannah GA area would be perfect for a Coopers Hawk Restaurant! Kid-friendliness: Boosters and high chairs, my grandchildren love eating here. Parking: Large lot with handicapped right in front. "I really needed this! Having just moved to the area, I've been searching for a great spot for burgers and Philly sandwiches. I just tried the Blue Cheese burger, cooked medium, and it was so delicious that I wanted a second one after the very first bite! The menu is extensive, so I can’t comment on many items yet, but if the burger was this good, I can only imagine how fantastic the cheesesteaks must be. The place was clean and inviting, with typical pricing. There are several TVs and plenty of seating, along with good parking. I found the Google directions from Arlington Heights Road to be a bit confusing, but you can actually access it through a parking lot with a traffic light located just east on Golf Road. I will definitely be returning!"

"I visited for lunch, so this might not be a complete representation of the experience. The restaurant is a nice, quiet spot that stays open late and offers plenty of rolls and BBQ choices. The service was excellent, and the food was great. The only reason I wouldn't rate it five stars is that, when comparing it to similarly priced sushi places, the portion size is a bit lacking. I will definitely return, but it probably won't become my first choice."

"If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! My husband is a vegetarian, and I have strict medical instructions to reduce my sugar and simple starch intake. Bistro Chen offers a fantastic variety of tofu dishes, and they even provide brown rice upon request for their sushi items. Their Dim Sum is the best in the suburbs! We especially love their Chinese broccoli, which can be steamed or stir-fried based on your preference. It is always incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The stir-fried baby bok choy is also highly recommended. If you're in the know, make sure to try the Ong Choy when it’s available. This water hyacinth might sound exotic, but there’s no need to be intimidated. Its flavor is a delightful blend between kale and spinach, and it's simply stir-fried with a hint of garlic for the perfect taste. Another must-try vegetable is the Sichuan green beans. The chef skillfully incorporates Sichuan peppercorns along with red chilies, garlic, and other ingredients, creating a depth of flavor that enhances the crisp-tender string beans. We’ve become so addicted to them that we order this dish every time we visit. Additionally, their sushi is incredibly fresh, generously portioned, and perfectly balanced between rice and fish. Their sushi rolls are creative, fun, and above all, DELICIOUS! The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, always happy to answer any questions we have about the availability of certain dishes. We can’t wait to return!"

"We opted for the limited menu package, which allowed us to select items in advance for our guests. The selections were printed on a customized menu, adding a nice personal touch to the event. Each entrée was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The atmosphere in the private room, as well as throughout the restaurant, was elegant and inviting. The waitstaff provided excellent service, being attentive and polite throughout the evening. Kenny and Becky, in particular, took great care of our guests. Organizing this event from California was initially daunting, but it was incredibly satisfying to see everything come together just as we had imagined. Our guests were also very complimentary about the entire experience. We highly recommend Francesca’s Tavola to anyone planning a special event. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5."
