First time here. We had no reservations but they were able to seat us quickly. Prices a bit high. Glass of wine $18. I got lamb biryani which was flavorful but had quite a few bones and fat in it. Super fabulous place. Lauren, Wayne and Jason were super nice to my husband and I. For all we ordered it was very reasonable. We are looking forward on coming back! What an incredible meal. So flavorful, creative, delectable, we finished every bite! Recommend the chili cheese naan, paneer tikka masala, and spinach chat. Oh! And if you are getting dessert. Such a beautiful and bright atmosphere with servers that care and give special attention. The menu was creative with great options and the food was superb. Especially the Nan which was thinner, crispy almost and delectable. Best Ive ever had. And the Chef Gupta visited us to inquire about the food and he is so wonderful. A great experience. The staff were superb. Welcoming and attentive to every detail. Very knowledgeable about the cuisine. Very accommodating about our special requests. The chef/owner came out to check on us. That is always a sign of a great restaurant. The food was superb and elegantly presented. Portions were small for too hungry beachgoers at the end of the day. So order extra naan. They have an additional extensive vegan and vegetarian menu. So it is worth asking to look at that as well.

Not just the best restaurant in Lewes but one of the best restaurants I've been to anywhere in my life. The food is AMAZING, the restaurant is beautiful, and the service is wonderful. I've been 4 or 5 times and every time has been spectacular. Most recently we took my mom for her birthday and everyone said it was one of the best meals they'd ever had. A real treasure! Vegetarian options: There are dozens of vegetarian options on the menu and they are all absolutely delicious.

Another special experience at Raas tonight. Wonderful seeing and talking with Chef GG. What a special human. Great seeing and being served by Curtis the bartender. He is a gem. The guys in the kitchen are SO NICE and SO TALENTED! All our food was truly amazing. Don 't miss the Manchurian Cauliflower!! Yum!! The Korma dishes are fantastic. The naan flaky and butterlicious Honestly, everything is great. Don 't want to forget to say, the drinks were divine. Mango Lassi New Delhi Old Fashion ... Wowie. And let 's not forget dessert!!
