Delicious Big hamburgers and so delicious. Lots of food choices. Their prices are so reasonable. One of the best parts, they serve the best warmed, crispy tortilla chips with Salsa. They are so addicting and yummy. It made for a wonderful experience.

They took a very long time to serve the food, and as usual, when they brought it, the side dishes were incomplete. The waitress said they were working on it but never brought them. We asked for ranch for the fries, and they charged us extra! And when they brought it, it was extremely watery, really diluted... I mean, they didn 't forget to charge for the ranch, but bringing us the food, yes.

Went last night and it was busy which wasn't a problem since we go to this chili's alot we know how it gets when it's busy. However this time was different. Our server came by three times the whole hour and a half we were there and when she came bye she rolled her eyes while we ordered and seemed like she didn't care. We didn't get silverware except 2 plates with our appetizers and the 2 spoons with our soups which were dirty and we couldn't even find our server to try to get clean items. We had asked a few people to grab our server for us so we could get more of our drinks or if we could get silverware to eat our main meal. But we didn't see her until it was time for the check. the food was good, but ... several items were not available; I ordered something that contained a drink, and they had no icy as the machine was down. I don't drink limonade or limonade, so I just had water. similar happened last time I went: many were out of service, so we could not order anything that needed one of them, i.e. a baked kartoffel. the girl took our order, but the (younger) people at the table next to us had to order from the table gadget. we all had to pay on the same place and we had commanded three so that they could not work. so frustrating. we said it was because of covid. no, it's a transition to less customer service!
